Hi, I’m Marian. I’m glad you’re here.

Buying or selling a home is a big step, and you deserve to feel comfortable with the person helping you through it. You should have room to ask questions, talk things over, and take the time you need.

That’s how I like to work. We start with a conversation about you, what matters to you, and what you hope your next move will look like. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk.

I moved from the Philippines to Calgary when I was nine. Canada has been home ever since, and I’m proud to be a Filipino Canadian. I’ve also lived in Fort St. John and Grande Prairie, so I know what it feels like to settle into a new place and slowly make it your own. Today, I help clients in both Calgary and Grande Prairie.

Before real estate, I worked in restaurants, municipal offices, and as a hospital unit clerk. I also earned diplomas in accounting and payroll administration, and unit clerk and medical office assistant training. Each part of that path taught me something I bring to my work today: how to listen, stay calm when things get busy, pay attention to details, and work with people whose needs are all a little different.

I’m naturally soft-spoken, and patience has always been part of who I am. If you need something explained again, that’s okay. If your plans change, we can talk through that, too. My role is to give you honest advice and clear options, so you can choose what feels right for your life.

Some of the relationships I treasure most started with clients who needed extra time and care. Getting to know them, earning their trust, and later helping their family means a lot to me. Sometimes, those relationships grow into friendships.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mom to a young son. Being a parent shapes how I think about home, too. It’s the routines, the people, and the little moments that make a place feel like yours.

Whether you’re buying your first home, making room for a growing family, selling, moving to a new city, or looking at an investment, I’m here to help you work through your options. I speak English, Tagalog, and Waray, and you’re welcome to speak in whichever language feels most comfortable.
